During which month do you feel most optimistic?

Tends to be September or October as that is both when the overall holiday season is beginning and the dreaded and uncomfortable summer is getting punched in the face. I remember when I was younger I would get excited for christmas all the way back in September. I think that was actually my general excitement for the cooler months and all that comes with it, the holidays, falling leaves, etc. -
The walk I took earlier was actually a tad spooky. o_o Apparently the cops were looking for a couple of dudes who they said might be "dangerous". There was a town cop, a state officer and I believe an undercover state cruiser in town as well. I actually might have seen the guys they are looking for out of the corner of my eye but I quickly noped out of there. That kind of stuff never happens here so it was a bit nerve wracking. Felt nice to get back home and have good food stuffs.

Game Pass truly is one of the best things ever introduced to gaming. I have found some great gems through it, let alone the new titles I get access to and such. So much goodness.

I've gotten some months free of Game Pass through deals and whatnot (would sub but I'm trying to save as much money as I can for college atm) and yeah, it's definitely a really good deal that's allowed me to experience some games for the first time. Actually played through Doom Eternal for the first time on Game Pass a few months ago.

I've noticed I will randomly lose a follower every so often. Don't know if that's a random thing oooooor someone tired of seeing my stuff. Definitely leaning towards the second one and hey, I wouldn't blame em. If that's the case, sorry. I know I am annoying at times, but I try to be a good person, even if I often fail.

COVID is still going strong, a new year doesn't stop that. So the anxiety that it has caused me has not ended, it has only gotten worse. That's the main thing it has done, cause me immense anxiety since my dad is a high risk person. The virus itself hasn't been the only source of this panic, oh no. People have been another part of it. Not trying to be ultra negative or political or anything like that, but the reality is that the US has handled this pandemic horribly. Our response has been a resounding failure. We've basically given up. As a result it has gotten worse and the vaccine isn't the end all be all savior people think it is. This isn't even considering the government's apathy towards its own people and the suffering they are feeling. There are many good people within the crowds of non-caring ninnies and those people have mostly gone without help. Whatever little faith I had left in the US as a whole is basically gone. COVID blew the lid off of many things and then some. Many true colors came to full light. This is all undeniable fact and it has made this pandemic so much more difficult for me and many others to deal with. -
Funny thing; Since Indiana is weird and does the time zone thing weird, I could experience new years, then go to the county directly west or south of me, go back an hour and experience new years again.
)
I should make a list of the movies and shows I own on Microsoft, the list is balls crazy now.
