    Sup pones. How's the day be for thee? It is nuts just how much an additional 4GB of RAM can speed up a laptop that is over 6 years old. It almost feels brand new in that way. I am not savvy in the world of PC's but I always thought to really speed things up I would need processors out the wazoo and such, but nope. RAM it up and it gets speeeeeeed.

    When I see that someone has unfollowed me, it does often make me wonder why. Is it because of a profile being deleted of a follower? Am I annoying to that person? Do they dislike what I say? I just don't know anymore. I don't always say the most interesting or positive of things, but I don't think I am a bad guy. Still, it is hard to not look at a lost follower and not see it as a silent judgement of character.

      Charlie’s Farm also had Kane Hodder in it, the guy who played Jason.

       

      He looked really normal in that movie against Charlie.

    I got a new phone recently. Nothing mindblowing, but for the price it is really neat. It has had me thinking about devices like that in general. I feel like it doesn't get enough appreciation from people. These things that have access to the internet, a world of endless information and content, as well as many useful applications and entertainment and it all can fit in our pocket. Sitting outside, browsing the web with this phone makes me think of that and appreciate it all more. :)

      The amount of researching and YouTube watching I do on my phone is crazy. I probably wouldn’t even use the Forums if I didn’t have my phone. :P

      But yes, it is extremely convenient. That way I can check the forums at work from time to time, for example. :darling:

      I dislike working on mobile (virtual keyboards are meh), definitely prefer PC, but it's always something! ^_^

      Isn't it kinda sad that the first entry caps out the developers' potential? Unless you wanna count Demon's Souls, ofc. Was DS2 as bad as they say? And DS3, was it too casual?

      DS2, I have a lot of nostalgia for that one. That was the first one in the series I played extensively, but I eventually went back to DS1 and finished it first. DS2 isn't bad really. It simploy isn't anywhere near as good as DS1. The overlal design like how the areas are laid out and the combat do not flow together like they should. The combat simply feels off compared to the other games. The most likely reason for this is that within From Software itself, the team that made DS1 did not make DS2, they were working on Bloodborne while DS2 was made by a different team in the studio. The DS1 team would then later make DS3. There are many things that feel off about DS2, but I still enjoyed it, it just doesn't hold a candle to 1.

      DS3...I have weird feelings for. It is a good game with tons of variety and some great looking locations, but I simply wasn't into its world that much, nor the enemies. In terms of pure gameplay and variety, DS3 is probably the best in the series and it isn't casual for sure, but DS1 has the best overall package to me. DS2 is probably the easiest in the series minus some DLC bosses.

      ^Well, based on what you just said there, it sounds to me like DS3 is right up my alley. Do you have any idea whether or not it has Xbox One X enhancements like increased resolution or improved frame rate? Honestly, I might just buy the entire Dark Souls trilogy when the next price drop comes around. If there's no improvements via patch on X, I might opt to wait until I get a high end pc/ laptop so I can run it @ 4k/60 max settings.

    Duuuude. Someone actually made a police scanner app for Xbox One. Might seem weird, but I think that is super hype. :P I love police scanners.

      Software Defined Radio - its a shield for the pi that does a bunch of the radio stuff in hardware, to take the load off the pi itself (which has a fairly poor cpu)

      the pi? no, its a small form factor single-board computer; you can get a touchscreen shield for it (and I have) but really its meant to be used on a hdmi connection with a separate keyboard (and optionally, mouse)

      you can get SDR shields for the arduino too
