      Therapy only works as well as your mind lets it, kinda like the way hypnosis doesn't work if the brain denies it.

      I'm not fond of anti-depressants, myself, so I don't blame you for that one.

       

      I probably don't understand, because I'm still a kid, and haven't faced too many problems that would truly get me depressed.

      I appreciate the help nonetheless.

       

      My life has been a "roller coaster" and I probably should try and get over things that happened so long ago. Dwelling on it isn't really helping me. One word of advice though: Don't turn out like me. I'm still stuck seven years in the past from time to time.

      I typically ignore mine as if they're non-existent. It doesn't help with self-improvement. :v
