One of my favorite animes growing up is Samurai X. Nostalgia has little to do with it. It's really about looking at the old with new eyes.
-
Whoa there. Fancy meeting you here!
-
Don't you just hate it when you wake up and your name is inside-out?
-
Hello. When I visit your page, it looks like Princess Luna is disgusted with your name XP
-
Hello there. Heh, I remember you from the communism thread. I found it rather amusing how you were giving Wulfington a hard time but never gave me a rebuttal despite the bold things I was saying. Just curious, is all.

Dude... Congrats on becoming an admin, man!
-
Say, I've been wondering... What texture are you? Soft, crumbly or crunchy?

-
Hello there :3
-
Hi there. How're you doing?
-
It doesn't feel as though my life really is my own to live...

@AppleGear; not really.
There's a lot going on. Some things in the foreground, others in the background. The things in the foreground seem to affect the ebb and flow of my mood but it seems as though it's the things in the background that's making me susceptible to being so negatively affected by said things in the foreground. It's a lot to try and explain...

How likely is it that a tecnologically, scientifically and socially advanced alien species that hasn't seen war for centuries could somehow manage to fend off another war-happy and also scientifically and technologically advanced species, if at least through some kind of learning curve?
-
It depends on the technical difference.
If the aggressors have the upper hand it is unlikely.
If the defenders have the upper hand it is most likely.
Of course it really depends on what kind of species and what is their culture.
I mean a warlike but human thinking species (aka hit the weakspots) would fare bad against a hivemind (no weak spots)

As an electrical engineering student, I find myself wondering how I managed to do well in Biology all the way into pre-university secondary education.
-
-
Actually, it's more about the way that I'm struggling with my subjects as I seem to be the opposite of my fellow students. To make it short and simple, I do better at "hard" subjects but struggle with "easier" subjects. The way I learn best is more geared towards physics and math but I still managed to do well with biology despite it being a different ball game. Could my past success with biology give insight into subjects that require a different approach?
-
absolutely. In order to understand biology or even certain aspects of it, you need mathematical knowledge and numbers are a universal thing regardless of what endeaver one might choose. But it would seem or sound as if those subjects challenge you in ways simple subjects do not. Because... they're simple. So they aren't a challenge.

Feeling disposable and helpless sure doesn't motivate you to contribute and improve yourself.

Hey there. Been doing OK, you appropriately-named sweetheart? XP

But you ARE a sweetheart and you've yet to prove to me otherwise

I'm serious.
Well, feeling alright in light of thinking my previous exam went well. It's one of those exams that test your patience more than anything else. Other than that... I'm going to have to make an important decision on something... Not even I know the full extent of how serious this is...

Today's exam was more tedious than it was hard.

You know, you're not as recognizable without your OC in your avatar

I'm not sure if things just up and changed after you left, or what, but I'm finding there's a lot less drama at EPF than advertised. The biggest "problem" I've run into is that characters like Ridley are unbelievably deadpan, but...well, that's actually kind of refreshing to be around when you've been exposed to much of MLPF's dramatics as I have.
-
That's kinda because a lot of people left. As a former senior member of two years, I can tell you that EP is in a relatively imploded state. A lot of people left -- people who didn't agree with the way things are running or the attitudes that prevade. There can't be much of a conflict without an opposition, can there?
-
So, I've been recommended that I see the college social worker (again). Having inhibitions not only because it'd be my second time but because the whole situation seems utterly laughable without proper understanding.
-
Hey there, happy birthday, Bronyette! Hope you're having a nice birthday.
-
Hello. Changed avatar again I see. Those symbols, what are they?
-
The six symbols are my username in the Glagolitic alphabet (it's the first Slavic alphabet, made by St. Cyril and Methodius a thousand years ago
).The symbol behind them has a much deeper meaning. 90% of people who know it and use it think it is 4 Cyrilic letters "S" meaning Samo Sloga Srbina Spasava (Only Unity Saves the Serbs), 9% would associate it with betas which have their own meaning in Greek. In fact it is s much older symbol and it can br found in the Vincan alpha...

I know I've hit a low point when I go on derpibooru and type in the search bar "suicide" http://th02.deviantart.net/fs70/150/i/2012/049/1/8/headdesk_by_perinigricon-d4q4zvr.png
