Old: looking in the miŕror.
Young: Stan Lee was in this 20s during WW2.

Physical, although it's been a while since I did any serious reading. Most of the books I have read in recent years have been terrible.

Uh... sure.

When I get a headache, it's usually because I've had either too much or too little coffee - so I usually have a little more, just to be on the safe side.

I'm too flagstabbered for numbers. You get ∅/10.

Really gives a new face to 'scorched earth' tactics.

As an avid role player, I'm a fan of songs about getting lost in fantasy. This is far from my favourite one, but it's the first one that came to mind.

I would never sleep at all if I didn't have to.

At least you're good at comedic timing.

No. I grew up the child of poor, miserable parents, and I would never put a child through that. Not only that, but I feel like in raising a child, I'd be constantly struggling against a society where child rearing attitudes are based almost entirely on tradition and holy cows, as opposed to any genuine concern for the children's well-being and future prospects.

The ponies, presumably, would never have heard about the Abrahamic god. Is it really blasphemy if a heathen does it?

I'd rather have the unicorn from Ghosts 'n Goblins.

I don't need to be fast. Other people run from me.

From morning on day one, to early afternoon on day three. I had a lot of money and zero obligations, oversight or companionship for the first time in my life, so I did all sorts of dumb crap just because there was no one to stop me. After the second sleepless night, I kinda stopped feeling anything at all, so I gave up and went to sleep.

Hmm.... alcohol?
Oh, and these guys always make me a happy camper:

Well, I watched the old 80s ponies as a small child, and I watched it like I would any other cartoon.
As for gen 4, I started hearing about during its first season, and I was like, "Lauren Faust made this? Well, Powerpuff Girls is the best thing ever, so let's give it a shot". It turned out to be the best flash animation I'd ever seen, and overall a better cartoon than anything else on at that point. The 00s was a desolate wasteland of animation, so I watched on with curiosity and fascination.
...Although the first time I searched for 'new mlp', I accidentally found some sleepover episode from season 3 or whatever, and I couldn't believe people actually liked that stuff. It was a few days later that I found some pictures of the show and went on a new search.

I wake up and say to myself, "well, that's that day ruined."

I used to have a crappy Ford from the 80s, but now that I live in the city and everything's within walking distance, I don't need a car.

Because smiles are contagious! But mostly, I just needed something high-contrast and eye-catching, and I only have so many finished pieces to choose from.

I took a gap year, but not willingly. I went to something called the International Baccalaureate, ended up with too few points in drama, and had to wait an entire year until I was allowed to resubmit my final paper for drama class. It was a miserable year, all told, although not quite as bad as actually going to college turned out to be.
Make your own choices, kids, don't let your parents decide your schools for you.

digital art always looks the same.
Oooh, if only. I have three screens, and the colours on each one are messed up in their own unique ways. The drawing tablet has the most messed up colours of all, so I'm always in for a surprise when I save a picture and check it out on my main screen.

I have a variety. Personal favourite, though, front and center on this picture:
Power Trip, a unicorn sorcerer as powerful as he is obnoxiously cocksure and optimistic.

The extreme focus of the tv show has only been going on for the 8 years that FiM fans have manifested (so it's not really 'normal' by the standards of fans who came before). Please try to understand that.
Yes, but those aren't really comparable. The new wave of pony fans were people who got into a quality cartoon, while the old fans were toy collectors. They're not really the same fandom in any way that matters. Completely different interests.
I do feel the pain, though. Twist was never seen again after season one...
What is the best thing you've ever done without trying?

I once hit myself in the back with a throwing axe. I guess "best" is a subjective term, but I sure wasn't trying to do that.
