Psychology vs Sociology for major/degree? Your thoughts?

Psychology is one of the most saturated fields these days (which makes finding jobs extremely difficult), and I'm not so certain that sociology is much better off. If you can, you could try double majoring (or majoring and minoring) in an in-demand field (such as a hard science or engineering) and a field of interest (liberal arts).

Oh, yes. Forgot to mention something. You could also try going for a professional degree if you want to major in psychology or sociology. The two majors you mentioned work well with a pre-law program, for example. Whatever path you choose, you should have plenty of time and opportunities to decide while in college.
