    Okay, let me just ask this: can you actually get arrested or get in any legal trouble if you are just DATING a minor with a three year age difference between you? No sex, just almost pure platonic dating... :/

      I dunno, I wouldn't think there is a law against it, but it may also depend. I'm not sure on the specifics...

      According to the interwebs it seems most laws state that social contact is not against the laws, however sexual contact is.

       

      So i'd be inclined to say no.
