      No, they don't, they are two entirely different things.

       

      Besides find me a polish mod now (note that I don't want to be one) and You will see why it just can't work xD On international websites people use english, because this is most known language (Except for chinese for very different reason) and if everyone started speaking native language it would make this place huge mess.
