      No, that's a made up faction, though it has some reference to the Reavers in Fallout Tactics.

      Totally accidental, by the way. I had hardly heard of Tactics when I made the Technophiles.

      The Reavers are just a technology addicted religious cult that directly goes against the Brotherhood of Steel. Since they see technology as god-like, they're willing to kill anyone for it because "humans are replaceable and technology is not".
