How does one go about making their own headphones?

Well I'm studying electrical engineering, and I learned electronics from my father. I have a small workshop I can use here in town to make everything I'd need, you can google decent blue-prints of what you'd want crafted. Quality materials are completely up to you. I had to buy stuff online for some materials I couldn't get around here, and I had to do my own circuitry. I even burnt my pinkie with a soldering iron. Maybe sometime soon I could try and make some for everypony.....

That's really cool! Sounds like it takes lots of time and concentration.
