If I had to choose 1, it would be the latter of the 2.

I can't really think of any other places where I can find people who are at least smarter than those in real life. If I could, I'd drop the fandom instantly. I don't know where else to make friends, though. Everyone is either stupid or I just don't get along with them.

I'm fine with MLP forums. Everyone here is intelligent and friendly. It's hard to find a community as nice as MLP Forums.

The rest of the fandom however, is just making my head spin. The Shipping, the crappy fanfics, the drama. It's all getting really old really fast.
