That Pokemon is a Helioptile, a Normal/Electric Pokemon that was first introduced in Pokemon X and Y He's rather small, less than two feet tall. He can also learn the move Surf x3

Wow! I've run through the neutral and pacifist endings countless times. Never did finish a genocide run, but I did come awfully close several times.

Okay, I'm kinda done with the goofy spoiler things for now ^^; Anyways, mmm... I had ice cream before, but it didn't sit all that well with me at the time... I think I might be getting lactose intolerant... x.x

That's cool. Undertale is one of my favorite games! And unlike my other favorite games, Mother 3 and Eternal Darkness, everyone knows what Undertale is.
