      Thanks! I was glad to have gotten him for cheap from a blindbag instead of online for a ridiculously marked-up price (which I know is what I'll have to do for some of the others in this wave...). Also I am thankful for a functioning smartphone so that I could look up the codes on Target's WiFi. :D

      OK for some reason this text box is not letting me post a % and a 20 in between Mobile and Uploads.

       

      So what you have to do is put % 20 with no spaces in between those two words. Then you can see it.

    I decided to torture myself and watch an episode of the DiC Sailor Moon dub from the 90's. It is as bad as I remember.

      I liked it too but even then I knew that it was cringe-worthy... original Japanese and the new Viz dub is much much better.

      Yeah I don't think we'll be finding it at a theater. For some stupid reason they are not showing as many showings of this one as they did with the first movie. :/

       

      The Blu-Ray is coming out at the end of this month though. If we can hold off until then, that is. Otherwise, Internet~

      I have heard of a lot of people who were unable to get into the movie because it was sold out at several other theaters too. This happened on Sunday btw. They said that there were no other showings. We were tempted to drive to Canada yesterday just to see the movie, but we decided that there was no guarantee that by the time we'd get there that it wouldn't be sold out then either. :/

      Actually EnterPlay was having a flash sale during Bronycon and I am set to get the Mane-iac card already. :) Same with the Derpy card and play mat...

       

      Thank you though!! I am still into them but being married has made me be more responsible with my wallet... can't just spend all of my money on whatever I want when I want it.

      ffffffff I was gonna say that I do still love the old anime despite its flaws. I think that many of the villains in the anime are better developed than they are in the manga which makes them more interesting (but the manga also develops other characters - including some villains - better than they did in the anime). I wonder if Sailor Moon Crystal will try to incorporate some of the anime's development into the new series - without it deviating from the manga too much.

      I really enjoyed it too. For the first episode I had my manga with me to reference because I was like, "Wait, was he really wearing a tuxedo during that scene?" and lo and behold! It just reminds me of how much more sense the manga actually makes. The old anime takes a loooooot of liberties... really, Naru doesn't ever figure out that Sailor Moon is Usagi, her best friend, the only other person in the world who wears her hair in 2 pigtail buns? Pleeeease.

    I'm debating on whether or not I should sell my Naruto Manga. (I have volumes 1-55). I mean, I haven't touched them in years, and I'm not really into Naruto anymore.

      I'm all for that if you don't plan on reading them anymore. Selling stuff is a good way to increase your income. If they're in good condition, you can sell them on ebay for less and it will make someone else happy that they don't have to pay full price for something that they want.

       

      That is, of course, if you are ABSOLUTELY positive that you won't want to read them again. I'm also the kind of person who keeps everything because I'm the kind of person who...
