  1. Tank - awesome pet for one of the best episodes ever! #1 Angel - pretty much just a prick to Fluttershy #7 Gummy - overrated and pretty much just stupid. Nothing to see here. #5 Owlowiscious - "Hoo! Hoo! Hoo!" shut up already! Undeveloped character, for the most part. #6 Opal - Eh, seems okay. Kind of a prick to Rarity sometimes though, but not like Angel. #4 Winona - Does anybody even know about this pet? I like Winona for some reason though #2 Philomena - Phoenixes are awesome. This character doesn't have any dialogue and only appears in one episode, so... #3
  2. PC is the best. It's kind of like "anything you can do I can do better" if you know what I mean. Excluding PC, Xbox 360 has the best games, internet quality, controllers, graphics, first-party game quality, third-party freedom, and so much more. Not to mention the Play Station Move sucks, bad. The Kinect is amazing, even though I hate when kids use it as a microphone.
  3. So really the question is: "I try to have skill and get better so I can have fun" or "I don't try to have skill, I just fool around and have fun" I go for option one.
  4. In my opinion, one does not really need both a PS3 and a 360 Halo 4 is truly an outstanding game, and BO2 gets good reviews as well. I'd definitely recommend getting the Wii U, but be smart about it. Don't go crazy hyped selling two great consoles just to get it now. Wait for the price to cool off a bit, sell either your PS3 or your 360 (I'd say lose the PS3, personally), and buy it when you're ready. Pikmin three looks a little like two, so maybe get a gamecube for now Kind of agree with you, it is cliche. The Wii U is motion-based, but it's not really "motion gaming" if you know what I mean. Wii Sports = motion gaming Skyward Sword = not
  5. I honestly despise Nintendo for disallowing third-party material and closing down fan websites. Since the Wii has come out, they had valued "family gaming" over quality of gaming. Games can still be kid-friendly if they are not full of childish things. Why did they do this? It's all for the money. The Wii systems have become an "accessory" more than a gaming console that parents feel compelled to buy for their children. "Oh no, Xbox is too violent for my poor little Jimmy. I think I'll let him play Poke Mans on his Wii U."
  6. Carpe Diem does not mean YOLO. Carpe Diem - Do stuff because live is short. YOLO - Spend less of your life worrying and pondering and just do it. I do see the similarity, though.
  7. You. The forum user, you! Everything about you is so awesome. You are truly the best person there is if you are on these forums. In all seriousness, give yourself a nice pat on the back. You deserve it.
  8. I don't know, it just seemed like Halo 3 ended the series perfectly. Imagine if they added another Star Wars movie where one of the main antagonists comes back to life and rebuilds the Death Star. It's like that.
  9. My favorite to least favorite games: Halo 3 -Holds true to the "old" Halo, with awesome graphics and a great story. Fun multiplayer too! Halo 2 -The first Halo game I have ever played. Same reasoning as Halo 2, except with decreased quality gameplay. The soundtracks are also kickass! As a bonus, very few annoying little kids on classic XBL! Halo 4 -I did not like the story one bit. I never understood the connection to Cortana. You don't even have to save the world and the story seems forced. On the bright side, the graphics are exceptional and the customizable classes are better than ever. However, 343 did not improve the forge which sucks! Halo Classic -The original. Just so much win. Kind of the same reasoning as Halo 2. Halo: Reach -It was an okay game, but a lot of the game was experimental with the classes, armor abilities, etc. I feel this is almost an earlier version of Halo 4. Halo Wars -An awesome game. However, even though I personally love this one, it deserves a lower rating. Basically, this game attracts RTS fans from Command and Conquer, and Halo fans from Halo 3. The RTS fans will say "this game is good, but I like Command and Conquer better." They leave the game, because Halo Wars is inferior to Command, RTS wise. The Halo fans say "well, this game is okay, but I want to go shoot something." Thus, the game was underappreciated and never went anywhere. Halo 3: ODST -You know, I've never disliked any Halo game. I like the recon feel of this game, but... it's kind of the duck in a flock of geese, if you know what I mean. Special, but not superior.
  10. Well, we don't have a problem. Despite everyone calling them "popular" words, it's quite the contrary. I asked all my mates at school and they got pissed for me even mentioning it Plus, every forum I go on pretty much have the same opinion. It seems more like an obscure word few people use.
  11. Hmm. I like to take YOLO as a life lesson. If you want something out there, and it's bothering you, go and get it. Because truly, you only live once. This is your only chance. Eh, that's just my opinion.
  12. That's actually only partially true. People usually don't do it to do dangerous things. Name one time when somebody actually did something incredibly dangerous because of this. Kind of hard, isn't it? The main message of YOLO is "if something is bothering you, don't waste your life pondering over it. Go out there and get it!" Jumping off a cliff is not bothering you; thus, it is an extremely rare case of YOLO. You may see YOLO used as a joke (or someone stupid trying to be funny) for dangerous situations (see below). I didn't want to make a rant post for risk of being banned, but YOLO
  13. I've recently noticed that many people on teh internets, especially on this forum, are against some words that, perhaps, are overused. My question to you: "Do you dislike these terms?" and "Are these terms overused?" I am personally a user of these words and I think they deliver an important message. Sorry, haters
  14. I used to use stupid outdated overused internet lingo like you, then I took an arrow in the knee. What's wrong with swag and YOLO? I believe they are very important messages.
  15. Don't worry about the abbreviation! One path to glory is just plain awesome and is short enough. Go for this one, everybody will like it
  16. I used to. Getting the starter plus all the legendary is the easiest way to beat the game. I made a policy for myself, though. Whenever I catch my first Pokemon, I release my starter. The game has gotten way too easy, especially in the newer generations.
  17. "Call of duty sucks because it is popular." This is what I am talking about. Little kids make easy targets, just mute them. I love playing with little kids as it is an easy KDR boost.
  18. Wait wait wait. You have a D in fly yet you spent all that time training your chao to become a flyer? I usually breed the bad ones until they lay eggs, and then murder the parents. Rinse and repeat until you get an A in the class you want.
  19. Sonic Adventure 2 Battle for Gamecube. So much nostalgia here. I loved Chao. I unlocked every form, item, and made sure to get every emblem so I could do so!
  20. Not including covers, definitely the Halo 2 Mjolnir Mix. Check out Halo 3 "Warthog Run" too. _____________________ Including covers, definitely Pokemon! Kudos to Powerglove!
  21. MW3 - Fast-paced arcade multiplayer action. Not realistic. BF3 - A more realistic game with extensive weapon choices. It's more grisly combat; you die quickly. BF3 is EA so I automatically hate it with all my gut. Even if it wasn't, it doesn't really appeal to me. I don't like MW3 that much either, but I really like Black Ops. My opinion: MW3 wins
  22. Here we go, the cliche hater thread against CoD. I wish people would give it a chance. I don't like BO2 to be honest. I really like Black Ops 1, though, and it will remain my favorite game in the CoD series.
