i'd probably enjoy Yoshi's Story more if it had better controls. but yes, the whole game is essentially a giant ball of cotton-candy and rainbows to the end. never have a death sequence felt so... PAINFUL, to the heart.
Yoshi's Island is incredibly charming and challenging. FUCK the secret levels though, they're just plain sadistic.
