Harmonic Revelations

I just woke up and noticed I couldn't breathe so I was trying to get up and seek assitance, my brother heard me and came in with my Nebulizer and inhaler, I used my Nebulizer (With my brother's assistance, I was barely conscious at that point), and here I am. As to why it happened, that remains a mystery to me.

What's a Nebulizer? Is it one of those things against asthma?
