      pretty much, he's upset/angry because he can't get a computer for 2 years because he only saves 10-20$ a fortnight, and he's pissed off that he can't play his favorite games from Steam, I tried helping him, putting things into perspective, like how I've just lost my wife, and yeah, just sick of his constant childishness and selfishness.
