      I have an interview/inspection of a sharehouse tomorrow. The lady I'm sharing with knows I'm Transgender is fine with it, but I am not sure if I should go dressed as a male or female...

      I'd treat it as an interview. Dress to impress the interviewer, not yourself. I hate wearing suits and ties but i have to put up with it. If dressing as a male makes this interview flow better then thats what you should do and just put up with any discomfort until its over and done with.
