Why mix it with anything? Fireball is like one of the only hard alcohols that works perfectly well as a standalone. Although an odd combination that sounds nasty but works is Fireball, Captain Morgan, Pepsi, and Margarita mix. If you get the proportions right, its very delectable. If you don't... well... I hope you have an iron stomach!

Then mix apple juice with your fireball?

but now I am tempted to try the fireball aj combo.. is it really good? Does it taste like cider kind of?
