There aren't many good pictures of me but this one turned out decent. My friend and I went out to dinner and we decided to go watch the sunset. Bonus picture of my cat Gryffindor, because he's cute and stuff.

I helped rescue a kitten and now my friend is just going to take her before I really got to see her. Everyone doesn't think it's a big deal but the thought of not being able to help take care of this kitten makes me want to cry.

Since I haven't posted in a while...here's few pictures from when I went to the beach with friends a couple weeks ago. I got to use my baby (my new camera) for about the second time and it was so much fun! Unfortunately I'm not photogenic so the best photos were not the ones of me, but oh well.

This is why it's important to invest first into real life friendships because sometimes life happens and you can't get on forums or check up on friends online. This friends you make in real life may not be perfect but you get out of them what you put into them. I've only met one person off of here and they changed my life, but I only invested in that because I had the opportunity to see them fairly often. If you have no foreseeable way to connect with someone you meet online it's probably best to keep them as a casual friend. Don't invest much into them because it only causes you to miss out on real life opportunities, ones that could be amazing.

The most outrageous project you had to do for school?

I've have to do a lot of weird and annoying projects for school, mostly in high school. The worst was probably in my AP Calc class senior year after we took the AP test we were supposed to make a video. In the video we have to explain some calculus concept. But it also had to be entertaining, but it had to include a lot of information. It's nearly impossible to create an entertaining math video. Our teacher was also really picky when it came to the entertainment part of the video, he didn't just want random funny things. Probably one of the most confusing assignments I've ever had to do. -
It's good to know the forum is trying to censor sadness. Next stop China? But don't worry, I'm not upset about this...I'm not allowed to be.

I understand why you would hate people who abuse power, and use their religion as an excuse. But I don't agree that religion was an institution made to control people. How people use religion is their own choice, and it's not always a good choice. I don't think it's correct to say that religion is an institution made to control people, by saying that you're defining religion as a different term than others who use it. Just to clarify, here's the Webster dictionary definition of religion: religion noun re·li·gion \ri-ˈli-jən\ : the belief in a god or in a group of gods : an organized system of beliefs, ceremonies, and rules used to worship a god or a group of gods : an interest, a belief, or an activity that is very important to a person or group I believe this is the definition that should be used when discussing this topic
