      "applejack is background pony" they say as she gets the most consistently high and productive screentime in season 3

      I know, right? I've counted, and by my calculation she was not only the only one of the Mane 6 to appear in AND speak in every episode, but if you take away the Twilight-centric opener and finale she probably did end up with more screentime than any of them including Twilight. Season 3 was extraordinarily good to AJ. Here's hoping S4 does the same for Rarity; she kinda got jipped.
