    Compared to the forum/fandom at large, the AJ fanbase seems REALLY female dominated. The AJ fanbase seems to be so female-dominated in comparison to the others. Sugar Cube, Sweets, Clarity, Anilewe, me... O.o

      Eh, girls like Rarity too though. I recall seeing a test posted on EQD where fans of each gender rated the Mane Six. Males tended to rank Twilight, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, and Rainbow Dash higher than females did, but female fans typically rated Rarity and Applejack higher than males did. This was some time ago and the massive gender imbalance of the fandom skews the results a bit, but it's still food for thought.
