Well, I want to work in the film industry on a practical level and don't want to live in L.A., so my choices were very simple! NYU and Emerson College are my first picks, Boston University if they offer me much better financial aid, and UT Austin as my safety.

Masters in Public History, which gives me a lot of options. Public History is a growing field and less academic than traditional history degrees, but there's a growing need for public historians; they've traditionally done museum or national park work, but can do all sorts of other work which requires interacting with the public in some manner.
