It does from myself and samsung account services but idk about anyone else. It will let me send to those two numbers also. I tried calling my friend to see if she could send me something but she didn't answer.

That's really strange. I could hypothetically see if I could text you just to see if it works, but I'm not sure what would happen or if you parents would flip out or something.

im asking the samsung people but the message first message i sent explaining the problem is taking a LONG time to work.. so long that the lady sent a message saying "I have noticed that you have not responed in awhile. Please let me know if you still need assistance."

Its not the same problem cause at least it shows its sending something vs how it doesn't show it sending anything when i try to text others
