      The matter is that it's a laptop, so I won't ask you to do something with the hardware. Once my PC kept crashing just like yours. Then I 'massaged' the hardware and it worked fine. :D

      It crashed again.. and I used safe mode.. I didn't know what the system restire was but I searched under the start menu and it pulled up System Recovery... I hope that's it. That's what its doing now. . This is my phone again..
