      Yeah, they're dicks. But back to the subject, Halloween can be difficult under lack of funds. Last year I went to the dollar tree and bought some regular makeup, a purple suit from the Goodwill, And a pack of green KoolAid. I was the Joker for ten dollars. Sometimes you just got to think creatively.
