Vida Emocionate

Vida was born to an... Eccentric family in Reino. Her mother was an overbearing social media manager, her father was a doormat, and her sister mired in perpetual depression. Overwhelmed by Hashtag's forceful personality and dejected by Threnody's sorrowful melodies, it's no wonder Vida sought an escape as soon as possible. 

Fortunately, she found her out: Ponyville. Unfortunately, it wouldn't be the reprieve she was looking for.

Settling down in a small home on the outskirts of town, she already started off on the wrong hood with the locals. She was cold and distant, and had little love for her neighbors. She wanted to be left alone.

Her story truly begins when a monster attacks Ponyville.

The local "heroes" naïvely beleived they could use friendship against the monster trashing their town. Vida knew different, and launched into action seeing as Ponyville lacked any presense of authorities.

The monster was slain, but there was no celebration. Instead of being thankful, she was shunned. They and their neighbors would be dead without her, but all they saw was the blood on her hooves.

She hated it. 

But she did enjoy the fighting, the excitement. Something the Equestrian government was all too eager to take advantage of.

Despite Vida's magic handicap (a magic disorder that prevents her from forming anything as cohesive as spells), Vida was very good at dispatching monsters with sheer firepower.

Monsters. Beasts. Mindless forces of destruction that couldn't be reasoned with.

And then Equestria sent her after a different kind of monster. A pony. This one decision would change her life forever, as after taking the job- albeit reluctantly- there were many more like it.

Time past, and Vida found herself distancing herself from her victims. This job was neccesary, they were undermining the government and harming their economy... But she wasn't entirely convinced.

Years go by, and Celestia's paranoia only grows. She sees enemies everywhere, and sends Vida after their nearest neighbors, the griffons, with a simple proclamation: they will surrender or die.

They chose death.

They couldn't have known what was coming for them. What one mare could do.

By this point Vida had undergone a transformation via Project: Halcyon, a secret project meant to try and create artificial alicorns to defend Equestria.

After a devestating defeat, Griffonia fell, and Vida realized that they weren't the real enemy. They were never the enemy.

Celestia was. 

So the Sword of Equestria turned on its weilded, demanding justice for all the wrongs she committed in her name.

She did not succeed.

Now Vida flees her homeland, taking all her shame and death with her. Seeking new opportunities, a new start. A new life.

Vexed by ignorance and weakness, Vida can scarcely tolerate her fellow pony at the best of times. Her belligerent personality and short fuse only compound this issue.

Vida can be suave, charming, and even nice at times, but she's far more likely to tell you to fuck off and leave her be if you don't have an explicit reason for wasting her time.

She does have a soft spot for foals, however, and will fiercely defend the innocent if they are threatened. Provoke her at your own peril.

A lean white mare- short for her size- with a yellow/brown mane and a white stripe running down the center of her tail. Her eyes and magic are a vibrant magenta, and her back bare of any wings. Although, if one looked closely, they may detect some scar tissue there.
