Appearance: There is one thing missing and it's his black bag that would be slouched around him. Whenever he uses his magic, the horn softly glows with an orange light.

Cutie Mark: His mark is an pale-orange tinted sun rising in front of a hazy cloud. The sunset represents his determination to help others, happiness to give and his light magic which brings hope to all.

Personality: Civil's personality can be seen as bright, ongoing and friendly towards all. Just as the sun rises, filling the sky with light, so does he, filling those around him with hope by encouraging his friends. Even to anypony he doesn't know, this pony always lights up the darkest paths.<br /><br />Though he is nice, sometimes he can be agitated with, which you can tell by his sighs that he gives out every few breaths

Backstory: Civil's history isn't very different from your average pony. His much younger self was born from two unicorns, raised with love and care in within Canterlot. As he grew older, he did notice difference from the different classes of pony. Like somewho come from Ponyville were ridiculed for their status. Civil's parents were against it and instilled this into him as he matured. "Everyone is equal, no matter what." <br /><br />Everyonce in a while, Civils parents would take him along on different trips to places: Ponyville, Saddle Arabia, Manehatten. His parents acted as promoters of peace, though it was basically a self-entitled thing they do, however it was recognized by Princess Luna. She fancied the idea and gave them the title "Peace Speaker."
