Cutie Mark: Diesels cutie mark is a metal cog (excuse the horrible drawing) with what looks like an explosion of magic behind it. Diesels special talent is combining his love of inventing junk and his magical abilities to make 'robots' that he controls and uses to help others. He combines his magic and his inventions often sometimes with success, sometimes with failure. He wastes his time using this to make alot of useless inventions that nopony really needs.

Personality: Diesel is a caring and fun loving guy most of the time. He acts in a rough and tough sort of way and loves a good roughhouse but only if he knows he won't be able to badly injure the other pony. He cares for everypony he meets and tries to see the good side of everypony, but if he can see that somepony is out to hurt the innocent, he will not hold back and will rush into trying to stop them, even if he is very unprepared.<br />He's especially caring of those who are weaker and those who often have trouble with things. He loves to help.

Backstory: Diesel was born in Manehattan with his Mum, Dad and younger sister, he loved anything metal since a young age and went to the local junkyard 'fishing' for junk, often dragging his younger sister along. His family was actually relatively poor and Diesel and his sister were in and out of school. Diesel helped support his family with his inventions, selling them to richer, dumber, ponies which allowed enough money for his family to get back on their feet. When Diesel was 19 he moved to Ponyville with his sister. He bought a house for himself and his sister and they lived together. Diesel starting a business selling his inventions, creating inventions at the request of other ponies and fixing things while his sister started a toy shop. After living in ponyville for 3 years he met Static who had just moved in, Static and Diesel became best friends and Static and his little sister became even closer. He let Static move in with him after his sister died and they have been living together since.
