Cutie Mark: A blue thunder cutie mark with 3 clouds.The blue thunder means that he has seen a blue thunder and the 3 clouds mean that those three clouds surrounded the thunder in the sky.

Personality: Is impatient and likes anything fast.Hates to wait and doesn't really like anything slow and gray/grey.

Backstory: Electric Blue grew up to be a pegasus employee that works in chemistry but he didn't earn his cutie mark for that.In fact,the owner fired him because he did an experiment that blew up the whole workshop!But Electric Blue did not give up.He went to Cloudsdale Weather Factory and made a blue thunder and then three clouds surrounded the thunder and electric.It was really powerful and few of the pegasus got hurt,but everypony,pegasus,unicorn and alicorn were suprised or amazed by the excitement.Then,he got his cutie mark.AND,the pegasi made him an honorary member of the Weather Factory.
