Appearance: Young female bat pony. Short red mane, dark grey coat.

Personality: Dusk likes getting out and making new people. She's very self concious about her wings and eyes and does not like people pointing out that she's different. She's usually out around late evening and if she has to go out anywhere during the day she always wears a dress or jacket of some sort to hide her wings. She's shy to start with because of her differences but once she's sure she's not going to scare somepony away she gets very hyper and friendly.

Backstory: Dusk is the daughter of a pegasus father and a bat pony mother. She takes after both in tempterment but after her mother in looks. Dusk used to live with her parents in Canterlot. Her father works in cloudsdale and her mother has a quiet out of the way secretary job. Ever since she was a filly she was teased by other foals, and even some adults because of her differences. Her eyes were "weird" and her wings were "strange" to the rich ponies who always slept during the day and had never seen a bat pony. Dusk had a very lonely childhood with few friends. The ones she did have didn't want to be seen with her around other ponies. As soon as she was old enough Dusk set out on her own for ponyville, wanting to make a life somewhere she'd be more accepted.
