Personality: A bit crazy, into labs (lab freak), and a bit easy to anger

Backstory: Behind that mask was an innocent filly who was just fine about experiments. Eventually, he grew and had more in a teenage punk personality. Haz Mat, still having his love over labs and experiments, got into it more A LITTLE TOO MUCH. Now, he's a lab-loving, urban punk. He doesn't cause big troube such as murder and grand theft though. He commits crimes like vandalism or violence using materials and "inventions" he made.
