Personality: Normally laid back, Ian believes heavily in carpe diem, seize the day. Chivalry, though, is higher in his system of beliefs than carpe diem.

Backstory: Abandoned as a colt, Ian grew up with what turned out to be his uncle, in Appleoosa. His uncle, a musician, taught him guitar at a very young age. His cutie mark came to him during a talent show at his small town school, while singing and playing his guitar. After his caretaker died in a train accident, he traveled along to many a city, with his guitar. He played on the street corners of Manehattan, Canterlot, and many other a crowded city. He finally came to rest in the humle town of Ponyville, choosing said town for its small and wonderfull population.
