Appearance: Lament is an Earth Pony with a dark coat and a purple mane. He has blue eyes and his hooves are black. His left ear is also slightly torn.

Cutie Mark: His cutie mark is a tear drop, symbolizing his special talent of empathy, the ability to read into the emotions of others.

Personality: Lament is typically a laid back stallion who tends to care for others when they're hurt, both physically and emotionally. Because he's empathetic, he tends to handle things rather well, and takes his job seriously.

Backstory: Lament used to be part of a group of ponies that would take on various jobs during their travels. A mercenary group, if you would (keep in mind that a mercenary is one that does a given job for pay, it doesn't necessarily have to be violent). Nowadays he travels alone, taking up work as he usually does.
