Appearance: Lance has a white coat with darker freckles across the bridge of his nose and a two-toned mane; being blonde and a ginger colour.

Cutie Mark: Lance's cutie mark is that of a medical Red Cross to represent his ability to heal and aid others

Personality: Lance is very aloof to societal norms and is a rather big introvert, sometimes wishing he received a cutie mark related to the books he loves so much. When Lance is being social he is rather awkward about it and nervous. Because of all these things he is a rather shy pony who has very few friends but has never hesitated in jumping in hoof first to help out anyone with their problems, whether dire or arbitrary; though he never seeks recognition for his actions, his shyness overcoming his pride in helping and usually ends up just trying to vanish into the background

Backstory: Lance Minder had a very lonely childhood, usually more interested in books and learning than the other colt's and filly's; but always loved lending a helping hoof to whomever needed one. When he received his Cross and shield cutie mark he was baffled as he never was used to the social aspect that being a doctor would require, so he joined in the Royal Equestrian Army as a Medic, to help those who needed it most. He has seen combat in a number of smaller actions: skirmishes with the Griffons or Centaurs, but never anything harrowing until the Changling invasion. The rest of Equestria did not fair as well as Canterlot and some cities became broiled in fierce battles. Lance was sent to Stalliongrad where their was horrendous fighting and lost some of his few friends to the changlings, but it only served to make him even more withdrawn in his personal life and even more willing to help everyone he could.
