Personality: Very serious, but also shy.

Backstory: Lightning used to be a flightless pony who would always get picked on, but he always had the best aim, and could never be heard in terms of hoof-steps, as he grew up he noticed all the crime in the world, and he wanted to help stop it, so he was trained himself to be a hit man/assassin, he also has slain a corrupt king. But he also trains daily to help with his flight, he can only glide at the moment, which helps him soar from ledge to ledge.
