Personality: Sweet, caring, brave, encouraging. She loves to tell jokes when the time is right. She always protects her friends and puts them first before her.

Backstory: Oceana lived by the beach for most of her childhood. She had a sister but died due to a sickness by the ocean. They for forced to move away from the beach and live in a nearby town. Her hobbies are surfing, flying and fishing.
