Personality: Emotionless, and when he has emotion, cruel. He's a very dark unicorn who tends to evade contact with other ponies. However, he is challenged by his love for a certain mare, a mare he can only wish to have...

Backstory: Pencil was born in the seemingly peaceful of Perdidit, a lesser-known isle just across the ocean from Equestria. In the early months of his life, Perdidit entered a phase of apocalyptic war against a powerful army; the entire country was invaded and near all civil life was wiped out in mass genocide. Of course, Pencil survived, and was found under a pile of debris by scavengers. He was taken to an Orphanage in Canterlot, where he spent nearly his whole childhood; he experienced bullying, neglect, and scaring stories of where he came from.<br /><br />Pencil began to express unusual skills, both physically and magically. He began to catch Celestia's attention, whom eventually adopted him and enrolled him in Celestia's School For Gifted Unicorns. Pencil slowly became very fond of celestia, even to the point where he considered her his mother, while she treated him like a son in return.<br /><br />On one faithful night, pencil discovered an abandoned a hide out of organized criminals, some of which partially responsible for the attack on his home country. He set out with the motive to bring them to justice, but his plans were turned around when he was inevitably captured and held hostage. All seemed lost, but he managed to use his special skills to break free and, regrettably, kill his captors, as well as a few other innocent hostages in a blind rage. His life changed that day, he was a murderer.<br /><br />A few years later, Pencil bought a little house in Ponyville, hoping that no one would ever discover what he did. However, in Ponyville he met what could be his downfall; his first crush. A certain purple librarian who can't escape from Pencils relentless mind.<br /><br />As if things couldn't get worse for him, his life was forced to change once again. After years of research, it was finally discovered it was Pencil who murdered all those ponies at the warehouse. Pencil was forced to leave his house and evacuate to the streets, cutting of anything that could trace the government to his location.<br /><br />Pencil is currently living on the streets, hiding from Celestia, and also trying to track those responsible for destroying his homeland
