Personality: Phillips is a jack of all trades when it comes to fixing things. He may not be the best mechanic or electrician or carpenter, but if something is broke, he can figure out how to fix it! He tends to get distracted easily and likes to collect random junk, which makes him seem like an oddball.

Backstory: Phillip grew up on a farm and was never a stranger to work or self sufficiency. He earned his cutie mark very young when he first took his mother's tools in his hooves and took apart and then reassembled nearly every piece of equipment on the farm. When his parents retired, they sold the farm and settled into life in a small town, but Phillips wanted to explore, learn more about machines and meet new friends.
