Personality: Brave, a bit arrogant but not to much, funny. She gets frustrated sometimes. Very independent.

Backstory: Rain lives with her little sister Stormy. Rainy is very inspired by the wonderbolts, but since she is independent, she doesn't want to become one. Her parents work in Cloudsdale, but Rainy does not like it there, so she moved to Ponyville with her sister.
