Species: Non-Pony

Appearance: A griffon with reddish-brown and gold fur. Somewhat larger than an average griffon. He looks significantly older than he really is, and often claims to be in his twenties.

Cutie Mark: Griffons don't have cutie marks, but he is talented as a hunter and at striking from the air.

Personality: Arrogant and proud, he sees griffons as a superior race and thus has a disdain for ponykind. He is generally very closed off and doesn't talk to people all that much. When people do talk to him, he is generally hostile in his responses.

Backstory: Raptor was raised among griffons his entire childhood, and was brought up to believe that griffons were the highest race. When he later learned that griffons are often discriminated against by ponies, he moved to Manehattan, where he works to advance the griffon race. He still maintains contact with his family, but has very few other close relationships.
