Appearance: He has a light brown coat and yellow eyes and a dark blue coat. His eyes are almost always squinted, adding to his smug grin. He favors wearing a dark green trench coat.

Cutie Mark: A book of Alteration magic (it's almost always covered by his coat.)

Personality: If given a choice between helping himself or hurting some pony else, he will often choose the latter. He deeply enjoys causing others to suffer as a way of fulfilling himself.<br /><br />Despite this, he is a coward and often uses cheap terror tactics and lies to get what he wants. He favors threatening his opponents with a hostage or empty threat rather than actually fighting them.

Backstory: Roto wasn't born in Equestria, an obvious explanation for his odd name. He is from a desert country north of Equestria (Which I can't come up with a name for), and grew up in a poverty stricken environment until the age of twenty. At that age, he finally broke free of his home by a train ticket to Equestria from a wealthy business man.<br /><br />He settled in Manehattan and quickly fell into a life of crime. He was later recruited as the sixth member of the Yokai Seven, a gang of ruthless mercenaries lead by a fallen warrior named Mason.
