Personality: Sweet, loud, and ditzy. Very silly and laid back. Zones out a lot.

Backstory: Roxy grew up in Ponyville. Her parents have run the candy shop for as long as she has been around, and it's made them very wealthy. She is friendly to everyone, and likes to make new friends. She gets in trouble a lot, but she's very loveable. She recently enrolled in the school for magic ponies.
