Appearance: Bright blue coat with a dark and muted red and black mane, with light brown eyes that change colors depending on what shes feeling. She always wears a silver heart around her neck.

Cutie Mark: A crescent moon in front of a spiky cloud that represents her love of the night and how she may appear happy but on the inside she has a dark shadow taking over her soul quickly.

Personality: She loves the night, reading, magic, flying, animals, and she loves when she goes to the crystal empire and Princess Cadence turns her into a crystal pony.<br /> She hates when ponies don't pay attention when shes talking, she hates when she can't finish a spell, and she hates when other ponies ask her whats wrong because its none of their business, and they should go worry about themselves.

Backstory: She was born in 2000, on February 4th, in a little farm on the outs-certs of Hollow-Shades. She was raised with her brother and and her brothers marefriend. She was always with them because Anglica- her brothers marefriend- was soon going to marry into the family. Just a couple of days before the two were going to be wed, Sky had gotten her cutie mark and a beautiful new pair of bright blue wings to match. She was an alicorn! And not to mention the most powerful in her village at such a young age. For three other alicorns lived in Holow-Shades, Swirl strike, Anicolista Potion, and last Bone Meal.<br /> She started by studying with Bone, and soon became more advance, this repated till she got to the 2nd most powerful alicorn in Hollow-Shades, Swirl Strike. And finally the day came that Shy Essence surpassed her master, and was sent off to study with Princess Meamora Cadenza, or Princess Cadence. The only bad side to this was that she was going to be taken awa from her family and her home, and also miss the wedding of her brother and Angelica. After the day she was carried off by the Crystal Empires royal guards, she never saw her family again. This all happened to Sky at such a young age, for she was only 3 years old! So she missed her family and always had a whole in her mind filled with memories she had lost of them and memories she had never gotten. So soon she turned dark, and died and cut her mane. She always appeared happy but on the inside, there was a dark shadow forming she never even released was there.
