Appearance: He has tan fur, a dark brown mane, and green eyes. (Oberon is a pale all white alicorn that glows with a faint light. He's a ghost.)

Cutie Mark: Sadly, Squire's cutie mark is that of a simple broom. (Oberon doesn't have one)

Personality: He is very clumsy and nervous around those he doesn't know. He is easily intimidated, as well as easily scared. He is always daydreaming, imagining what it'd be like to fulfill his dream to be a famous and gallant knight in celestia's castle. (Oberon is basically a strict and knowledgable guide for squire)

Backstory: Ever since he was small he has had dreams of becoming a brave and gallant knight, even though his body was small and weak, and he was in no way qualified. Despite this, he took up a job of being a squire for a young new knight named gallant sword to be as close to knights as possible. But while working for the knight and cleaning, he earned his cutie mark... Sadly, it was a broom. He was meant for nothing more then cleaning. But he refused to give up; he didn't care what his cutie mark said, he WOULD fulfill his dream and become a great knight, no matter what his cutie mark tells him! With his strong resolve he decided to set out into the world for a great adventure, thinking that he could truly gain the qualities of a good knight if he had great adventures and became stronger. So with naught but a meager sack of food and bits, he sets out on his great adventure. But he foolishly started his adventure in the everfree, where he narrowly avoided death dozens of times by sheer dumb luck. As he made his way deep into its depths, he discovered a sword that sat elegantly perched on an ornate stand. It was being diligently guarded by the spirit of an ancient alicorn warrior. But Being happy to find a weapon suited for a knight, he eagerly picked it up. The ancient being, who revealed his name to be Oberon, was both surprised and shocked. He told the young pony that only those pure of heart could lift the otherwise impossibly heavy blade. After a moment of consideration, the spirit decided that he'd allow the boy to use the blade. But only upon the condition that he be allowed to follow him, and act as a guide as well as to protect the sword. Being very inexperienced, squire happily agreed to having a friend come along for his journey. Soon, they set out together for what would definitely be an incredible adventure.
