Personality: A bubbly, cheerful Pegasus that sometimes has no filter from her brain to her mouth. She always means well, but sometimes doesn't understand why people get so annoyed with her. She is naturally loud and boisterous, matching her bright yellow coat and blue mane. She is full aware of the irony of her name not matching her look, but takes any teasing in stride. She tends to be good-humored, and nothing really affects her too much.

Backstory: Starry was born and raised in Cloudsdale, and though at first she was happy to continue work as a weather pony like her parents, enough to earn her Cutie Mark, she soon began to question why. The older she got, the more she hated the fact she was flying along a path her parents cleared for her. She wanted to experience more.<br /><br />So after a bit of a fight with her parents, they finally agreed to let her go on a journey. But if she didn't find something new she loved by the time she returned, she would be forced to work as a weather pony.
