Appearance: Pale blonde mane streaked with a dark vermillion, almost maroon; It's kinda bushy, but she keeps it well trimmed as to be managable. That does not necessarily mean short, however.<br /><br />Her coat is a shade of Amber.<br /><br />Just look at the picture, won't you? She's the orange one.

Personality: Sunburst is quite direct and straightforward. Being left alone as a young foal and having a little sister to take care of has left her tough and unyielding, yet not uncaring; she just has a thicker shell than most. She has had to.<br /><br />She's quite intelligent, as is her sister; However, her talents lie in practicality and the mundane, while her sister's in imagination and innovation, and all things abstract.<br /><br />While her sister is lost in dreams, Sunburst is firmly cemented in the world. She has a deep no-nonsense additude, and though her magic of color is not strong, not nearly as strong as her sister's, she provides the rock-hard stability a fragile pony like Moonstruck needs, and a firm hand... er, hoof... and a strong body. She's had to train herself to survive in a tough world, and is quite good at it.<br /><br />She's somewhat mistrustful and suspicious at first, and generally just not good with people or social situations. Fortunately for her, her sister has a silver tongue... that, when applied properly and kept on task, as a firmly guiding hoof from Sunburst can provide...<br /><br />She takes stress very well having grown up in one of the most stressful ways possible, but if a situation gets the best of her she collapses into a sobbing wreck. Fortunately this happens very rarely.<br /><br />She's surprisingly ticklish, although any attempts to tickle her will likely result in a hoof to the face.

Backstory: Sunburst and Moonstruck's parents, well known artisans, disappeared one day when the sisters were just fillies, and Sunburst suddenly found herself forced to care for herself and a half-mad younger sister in the unforgiving streets of Trottingham. <br /><br />Such hardships in youth left her with a concrete view of the world, that it was oppressive, and that things never really change. That nothing is real unless she sees it for herself. <br /><br />It also endowed her with a great sense of humanity (ponianity?). Now a successful biographer, journalist and artist, she often donates to worthy causes, and will always help
