Personality: She is sadistic, tiranic, evil, smart, and have no regrets. She can fall in love for tough stallions, but she don't like being under nopony inpower.

Backstory: In Manehattan, a new flower had bloomed. Talitta Turquoise. But... With an unique condition for an earth pony. She had a magic syndrome called "congenital bio-luminescence", which would sharpen at she get the age of 7, when she got her cutie mark. But as a filly, her nickname was "Blue lamp". She didn't liked the names, however.<br />Sad, she escaped from home, and went to Ponyville, by train. There, she saw many parties happen, everypony was happy... But she wasn't. Trying to find what would make her happy, she found some colts trying to catch a rabbit. It was an evil plan. But in her eyes, it was very interesting. She joined the group and they worked together to catch the rabbit. The group managed to do it, and after that, they released him.<br />"Hey, you're quite cool. Nopony helped us in our... Rabbit hunting."<br />"Well, " Talitta answered, with a grin, "can I join?"<br />"Girls can't enter, I already sa-"Shut up! Well, you are in..."<br />"Turquoise."<br />"Yes, Turquoise."<br /><br />And then her evil plans began.<br /><br />However, Talitta's parents found her localization, and tried to warn the ponyfolk that they want her back. But Turquoise escaped from Ponyville in the train station again, and disappeared in Equestria.<br /><br />Ones could say that found a hooded mare with a shining blue light coming from her face, but actually... <b>the shining blue light means danger.</b>
