Cutie Mark: His cutie mark is a black electrical ohm symbol with a thin grey outline. When he was at Celestia's School for Gifted Unicorns (this was before Twilight was admitted), he was working late at night on a spell that he had to perfect for his final examination in order to move to the next grade level. He was unable to concentrate due to the huge storm that the Pegasi had formed. Out of rage, he shot a lightning bolt up into the clouds. Almost instantaneously, the clouds dissolved and only the stars and the moon could be seen. It was then that he earned his cutie mark. (and yes, he did pass the examination.)

Personality: He is studious, but not as much as Twilight. He enjoys walking around Equestria and sometimes even ventures to the dragon caves. After earning his cutie mark, he was selected to help the Pegasi whenever Winter Wrap Up came. He usually can be seen moving the clouds and helping melt the snow.

Backstory: At first, he lived in Manehattan. However, his family had to move due to the violence everywhere, his parents decided to go somewhere more peaceful. After explaining their story to Princess Celestia, she allowed them to stay in ones portion of her castle just so long as they had him enrolled in her academy.
