Personality: -Has a big case of Arachnophobia. <br />-Is very competitive and sees competition as more of a momentary thrill. <br />- Is very social and will often make small talk to just about anypony.<br />-Take things in his life as they are and accepts walls in his life are best to go around then crash though.... however he sometimes take the smashing though life's wall method.<br />-Doesn't like being pinned down or and any kind of claustrophobic environmental were he can not move around much resulting in him getting agitated and panicky.<br />-He is very friendly but its easy to get on his nerves and if you insult or hurt him or his friends he won't be afraid to smack a pony.<br />-Has a very over protective nature towards those he cares about.<br />-At times he can be very self destructive and have doubts about he he can do... with both his life and other complicated matters.<br />-Is a comic lover and will often dress up in cosplay when he can :3<br />-HATES SPIDERS!

Backstory: Born in Trottingham Whirlwind was just a run of the mill Pegasus growing up.<br />His farther was a gem miner and his mother was a former championship racer like her farther before her, needless to say Whirlwind wanted to follow in his mothers hoovesteps but lacked the spark or natural gift for flying that his mother had.<br /><br />His childhood wasn't anything special either, he would go to school, play with his friends and then help his mom with some of the house work in exchange for her coaching Whirlwind on weekends.<br /><br />When Whirlwind was older he partook in the best flyers competition in Clouds dale and only came third losing to more flashy and spectacular performance from a pony who possessed a more natural talent for flying. This sent him in to a spiral of doubt, that no matter how hard he trained and conditioned himself to be a stronger flyer he always be second best to those with a natural gift for it.<br /><br />He felt his drive change a little after that wondering if racing was rely what he was meant to do or if his Cutie mark meant something else. He move out of his home when he was old enough and had enough income (which he earn by dragging a cart, transporting goods or other ponies around)and found his way to Ponyville, renting an apartment with a friendly unicorn artist and still working as a carriage puller/ taxi driver and parting in flying event whenever he can.<br /><br />His times in Ponyville have been good for Whirlwind since he came here, his job as a taxi driver has him meeting all kinds of pony folk, he also picked up so hobbies in his off time such as reading comics, drawing, dressing up in cosplay, drinking and hanging out with his friend.<br /><br /><br /><br /><br />
